2. Service Description

AI Code Generator is a tool that converts screenshots, mockups, and Figma designs into functional code.

Usage Rights: The Service is currently available for both personal and commercial use on the free tier. However, commercial use may be restricted to paid plans in the future. We will provide advance notice of any such changes.

3. User Accounts and Data Logging

  • Authentication is provided through token-based login
  • No personal data is stored beyond what is necessary for authentication
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide your own API keys for third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) unless you have been granted platform access

Audit Logging:

We maintain audit logs that record your email address, timestamp of usage, AI models used, and types of operations performed. These logs do NOT include your API keys, screenshot content, or generated code. Logs are kept for legal compliance and may be disclosed to law enforcement or authorities upon lawful request to confirm service usage by specific users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Commercial use is currently permitted on the free tier, but may be restricted to paid plans in the future. Continued commercial use after such restrictions are announced will require migration to a paid plan.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Upload content that violates intellectual property rights or contains malicious code
  • Use the Service to generate code that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Abuse or overload the Service infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jacek Mariański
  • Code generated by the Service belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models used
  • You retain all rights to the input materials (screenshots, designs) you provide

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of generated code
